'Day of the Dead' Exhibit at NRPL

"Beginning October 31, in the library's Lumen Winter Gallery, a group of city residents of Mexican descent will create an ofrenda, which is decorated with paper cut-outs and marigolds, and holds photographs and possessions of loved ones who have died. They will also install a large display of paper-mâché figures, Intricately cut-out colored tissue paper, and other traditional decorations.

The exhibit will continue until November 4th.
