Window-painting and Mask-making: Library Green

Families with children ages 8–12 years are invited to paint Halloween scenes on the windows of downtown businesses, beginning at 10:00 am.

A mask-making workshop geared for younger children will take place in Library Green.

In the event of rain, the workshop will take place at 10:00 am in the New Rochelle Public Library's Meeting Room. Free. Families must pre-register in order to paint a window.
