BID Family Day: Performance of the Black Bear's Hudson Valley Tale

Delightfully reminiscent of Prokofiev's classic "Peter and the Wolf", this beautiful theatrical concert weaves an original story by children's author and illustrator Iza Trapani, original instrumental and vocal music by the ensemble Madera Vox, and creative movement into a performance that engages the hearts and minds of children and their families, allowing them to "see" with their ears and "hear" with their eyes.  Charming and beautifully rendered visuals by Ms. Trapani accompany the one hour story and the music.
