This Doggie Barbie Needs a Dream House

Here lineage is unknown, so she'd being called a 'small, fluffy dog.'

From the New Rochelle Humane Society:

Our Barbie is a doll! Since she won't tell us anything about her parents, we don't know exactly what breed(s) she is. So we're calling her a small, fluffy dog!

She was found wandering around and has not been claimed by anyone. So she is now ready to move into a new home with people who will love her.

Barbie is a terrific family dog. She's good with other dogs ,as well as friendly and playful with people. She's a quick learner—we taught her to lie down in one five-minute lesson! We have noticed that she "talks" a lot so she'll need to live in a private house rather than an apartment house.

You can meet this dog today. We are open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Contact the  for more information. They are located at 70 Portman Rd. in New Rochelle. Their phone number is 914-632-2925.

I think it's great that Pamela Davis stepped up to run and I would be glad to vote for her any otherRead More year. But this year we have one of New Rochelle's most dedicated and knowledgeable activists running. Bob Cox knows New Rochelle and the school district inside and out. I'm not sure the same can be said for Pam Davis. If you want someone who already knows where the wasteful spending is, and already knows the district's strengths and weaknesses, then Bob Cox is the person. Who cares how congenial he is? Where some people see anger and finger-pointing, others see tenacity and accountability.
