The Westchester County Parks and Recreation Department is hosting an Annual Meeting of Friends of Read Wildlife Sanctuary at 11 a.m.  and a Nature Scavenger Hunt at 1 p.m. on Oct. 5.

Annual Meeting of Friends of Read Wildlife Sanctuary – 11 a.m.

All are welcome to attend and learn about volunteer opportunities and environmental issues.

Nature Scavenger Hunt – 1 p.m.

Sharpen your observation skills with a self-guided scavenger hunt and a nature checklist.
