Rain, Wind Tear Through New Rochelle

The overnight storm brought heavy rains and winds and power outages.

There were multiple, scattered power outages in New Rochelle Tuesday as a storm tore through the area.

At the peak, there were thousands of customers without electricty, according to the Con Edison outage map.

By Wednesday morning, there were only a handful of outages still unresolved.
