The following announcement is from the New Rochelle Public Library:
Stock up on gently-used hardcover and paperback fiction and nonfiction at the Friends of the New Rochelle Public Library monthly book sale on Friday, May 2nd and Saturday, May 3rd, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Library’s lobby. In addition to great adult and children’s books, the sale also offers DVD’s, videos and other items—all available for purchase at very affordable prices.
The executive board of the Friends of the Library coordinates the book sales, with the assistance of other Friends' volunteers. Money realized from book sales are used to underwrite the Library’s extensive public programs.
The Friends of the Library bookstore is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 1 pm to 3:00 pm., and on Saturdays from 10 am to 3:00 pm.
