New Rochelle Egg Hunt Scheduled for March 23

The free event will feature arts and crafts and a visit from the Easter Bunny.

The annual New Rochelle Parks & Recreation Eggstravaganza will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 23.

The two-hour free event is for preschoolers through second-graders and will be at the Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center, 94 Davis Ave.

Doors open at 9:45 a.m. There will be arts and crafts and refreshments and an opportunity for photos with the Easter Bunny.

Registration is required; the event is first-come, first-served. Filled-out forms (see attached PDF) must be received at the parks department office by Friday, March 15.  The office is located in City Hall, 515 North Ave.

The event is presented by the parks department in conjunction with the Youth Council of the New Rochelle Youth Bureau, Scout Troop 315, the Office for the Aging and ShopRite.
