• New Rochelle School District will operate on a two-hour delay Wednesday.
• New Rochelle YMCA will open at 10 a.m. Wednesday.
• Both branches of the New Rochelle Public Library will open at noon Wednesday.
• The Hugh A. Doyle Senior Center is open Wednesday.
• Iona College will be open at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday.
• Monroe College first period Wednesday is cancelled. Classes begin with the second period. Staff should report by 10:30 a.m.
