Kramer Wants to Burst Through Your Door and Join Your Family
No, not Cosmo Kramer. This is Canine Kramer. He's no cigar-smoking hipster, but he does wear a tan suit and he wants out of the shelter.

Kramer was a small, adorable puppy when he joined his previous family. They did not teach him basic family dog manners, so when he grew into a rather large and boingy teenager, they decided they didn't really want a dog after all. Fortunately for Kramer, the folks at the New Rochelle Humane Society were able to teach him the basic manners he missed out of learning as a small puppy.
Of course, Kramer is a great student and everyone at the Humane Society is very proud of his progress! They say he is a friendly and active guy who would love to join a family with a fenced in backyard (preferably one containing a few tennis balls and Frisbees...and someone to throw them, too!).
