Grab & Go Kids Planner: Free Art Class, Spring Festival and Yoga for Tots

Why go: Help your child gain confidence in self-expression and artistic exploration through a hands-on, multimedia experience, through painting, sculpture, drawing, collage and dramatic play. Art classes are suitable for preschool children age 3-5 years. 2. Flea Market with Face Painting and Children's Activities
Where/When: , 30 Lockwood Ave., New Rochelle, Saturday, May 19 at 10 a.m.
Why go: Enjoy a flea market at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and your children can take part in activities and face painting.
Pricing: Free. 

3. Yoga Tots
Where/When:
 , 1 Library Plaza, Saturday, May 19, 10-10:30 a.m. and 11-11:30 a.m.
Why go: Certified kids yoga instructor Susan Fried will use puppets, props and songs, taking toddlers on a "yoga adventure." Adult participation is  encouraged. Suggested for ages 12-23 months.

4. Spring Festival
Where/When: , 455 Mamaroneck Rd., Scarsdale, Sunday, May 20 at noon.
Why go: Come to "Eco-Fest," the Weinberg Nature Center's annual Spring Festival fundraiser. There will be discovery walks, a scavenger hunt, coloring contests and drawing demonstrations, in addition to live birds of prey, a petting zoo, pony rides and food.
Pricing: $7. 

5. Songcatchers Fifth Annual Volunteer Spring Concert
Where/When: St. Gabriel's High School Building, 50 Washington Ave., New Rochelle, Sunday, May 20 at 3:30 p.m.
Why go: The fifth annual Songcatchers Volunteer Spring Concert will feature high-school volunteers who teach in the After-School Music Program. These young musicians will perform classical and jazz selections, both in solo and in ensemble. A reception will follow the concert
Pricing: $10 suggested donation.
