Due to the daytime rain, dropping temperatures and deep snow packs, there is a dense fog warning for New Rochelle tonight.
The National Weather Service issued the warning for Westchester County through midnight Monday.
The fog will reduce visibility, with many locations having visibility of only a few hundred feet, according to the National Weather Service.
"Visibility this low is extremely dangerous for travelers," the NWS states. "At night, fog this dense can disorient drivers. Dense fog has caused some the nation's worst traffic accidents. Please use extreme caution if you must travel this evening."
Expect a low of around 35 degrees in New Rochelle tonight. Folks will experience sunshine and a high of 42 Tuesday, according to the NWS.
