"We have only 30 venues this year," she said, adding that ArtsFest has grown every year.

"It gets better every year," Weber said.

She said Gallery ROC, at 2 Division St., has worked to open the whole building to the public for ArtsFest.

New this year in Pelham, Weber said, will be artists displaying their works along Fifth Avenue.

A great feature during the weekend are the two trolleys that get attendees from the downtown area of New Rochelle to North Avenue venues, the second annual Lincoln Avenue Arts & Culture Fest to venues in Pelham and back.

The Lincoln Avenue venue is only on Saturday from noon to 6 p.m.

Weber said if people want to plan their trip they can visit newrochellearts.org and download schedules for both days.

"Not everybody is going to be open Sunday," she said.
