If you live on a street that has alternate side parking Wednesday and you didn't get up early and move your car, don't sweat it.
The City of New Rochelle has suspended alternate side parking regulations through March 31.
The regulations are for those streets and portions of streets subject to winter suspension as noted in the Municipal Code Article X Schedule 312-84.

Bear in mind that the regulations are related to street sweeping, which is suspended during the winter months. All other parking regulations will still be enforced.
