Monday, October 21st is a busy day for lovers of books and art in New Rochelle!
The New Rochelle Council on the Arts is hosting a book signing for poet and former New Rochelle resident Lester Graves Lennon. His recently published book of poems is entitled "My Father Was a Poet." The book signing and presentation will take place at Recologie, 49 Lawton Street at 7 pm.

Across the street at the New Rochelle Public Library, another NRCA event will be happening, also at 7 pm.
ArtistTalks2013 presents "Bold Style, Bright Palette - A Presentation on Illustration by Artist Nancy Doniger." The lecture series is a collaboration between the New Rochelle Council on the Arts, the New Rochelle Art Association and The Friends of New Rochelle Public Library.
