Entire New Rochelle Girl Scout Troop Inducted into National Honor Society

The entire roster of Girl Scout Troop 2263 at New Rochelle High School was inducted into National Honor Society Wednesday night.  Currently Juniors at the High School, most have been members since Kindergarten, and others since third grade.  These girls are not only leaders in school, but also on the field, in the community, and in Girl Scouts.  They have all earned the Girl Scout Bronze Award and Girl Scout Silver Award for their service and leadership projects.  In addition, two were recently approved to receive the Gold Award, the highest award attainable in Girl Scouts.  The troop is led by Nancy Nagl and Jeanne Lin, and its local members include Lindsay Grippo, Nikki Lin, Heather Manley, Kimberly Nagl, Maeve McKinney, and Selin Selman.
