Reading Wrap Up, Rain in Forecast

1. Pre-kindergarten through second grade children who complete the New Rochelle Public Library summer reading program will have a party at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 13. They will make music, sing crazy songs and enjoy the children’s group "Pretzelstein."
