Here are some things you should know about for Tuesday, October 15, 2013.

2. Are you a teen who loves anime. Head over to the New Rochelle Public Library at 4 p.m. Tuesday for LibrAnime: Society for the Appreciation of Anime. Japanese snacks will be served. This free event is open to students in grades six through 12. The library is located at 1 Library Plz. in New Rochelle.
3. Tuesday's forecast, according to the National Weather Service, is going to be partly sunny, with a high near 72. Winds will be out of the northeast around 7 mph. Overmight, it will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 57. East winds will be 3 to 5 mph.
