Police: 3 Men Accused of Gang Assault

Alleged assault occurred Sunday at 3:30 a.m. on Anderson St. and North Avenue.

New Rochelle Police apprehended three men who allegedly assaulted two males and one female early Sunday morning.

The incident began at approximately 3:30 a.m. outside of Spectators Sports Bar and Restaurant on North Avenue and continued to Anderson St. and North Avenue.

Two of the victims suffered relatively minor injuries including a broken nose, according to Sergeant Kyle Wilson, and one victim was seriously injured. The accused then fled the scene in a car.

Five police units responded and caught the men approximately three blocks away on Garden St. and North Avenue. 

The men are being charged with gang assault. The victims were taken to an area hospital.
