Jake Gallin of New Rochelle talks about Stars for Cars, a fundraising and awareness campaign he initiated to recognize military families. He is the winner of the Volunteer Center of United Way's New York Life Youth Leader Award.

As part of National Volunteer Week, The Volunteer Center honors service by local volunteers such as Gallin. This year, at its 32nd annual breakfast , seven people and one organization are being celebrated with the.
